Don Franks is a professor in health education program and chair of the Department of Kinesiology at the University of Maryland. Franks is a Fellow of the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM), the American Academy of Kinesiology health education program and Physical Education (AAKPE), health education program and the Research Consortium of the American Alliance for Health, Physical Education, Recreation health education program and Dance (AAHPERD).
